Scientists argue that the most useful in garlic - its smell.
Garlic will benefit only if it is consumed immediately after crushed or cut, say researchers at the cardiovascular research center at the University of Connecticut (USA).
It turns out that its beneficial effects on the cardiovascular system of the plant is under an obligation not antioxidants, as previously thought, and hydrogen sulfide, which is formed at its cut and chewing.
During the experiment, researchers fed rats with fresh and dried garlic, and observe how the rodents recover after artificially caused a heart attack. In the analysis of the data revealed that the blood flow in the aorta and the pressure in the left ventricle is the best way influenced by the fresh garlic.
According to the doctor Deepak Das, one of the studies, known as a substance which gives a characteristic smell of rotten eggs, hydrogen sulfide in the body plays the role of the chemical messenger expanding vascular wall and increasing the cross of blood. " That is, it can relax smooth muscle walls of blood vessels and thereby remove the spasm and, therefore, prevent heart attacks or strokes. "And all the heat treatment of the plants negating its therapeutic properties," - argues Dr. Das.

Scientists Tel Aviv University found that eating food with lots of carbohydrates contributes to tension in the humeral arteries for several hours because of their high glycemic index. The elasticity of arteries in our body is an indicator of heart health, explain cardiologists. The sudden expansion of the walls of arteries has several negative effects on the heart. Israeli doctors for the first time succeeded in the laboratory to examine the processes taking place inside the artery before, during and after use of products with a high glycemic index.
In the experiment, 56 volunteers took part. Within four weeks, one group ate corn flakes, mixed with milk, the second - the sugar mixture, a third - bran cereals, and the fourth group was a control and did not change diet.
Products provided by all three groups have a high glycemic index, rich in carbohydrates and result in severe arterial stress found clinicians.
High glycemic index rapidly increases the levels of blood sugar, so consumption of these products has a heart attack or even sudden death, doctors warn.
To protect heart health, it is necessary first to exclude from power the white bread, corn flakes, potato fries, and sweet soda drinks.
Physicians are advised to have oatmeal, legumes, nuts, fruits and vegetables, which have a low glycemic index. Moreover, such a diet would not gain excess weight, and thus will be useful for cardiac cases, in all senses.

Until weight loss was my overall objective, all was good. But as soon as I faced more urgent problem, my determination weakened, former habits came back, came back also superfluous kgs. In this connection I have been convinced many years that excessive weight — that problem which the method of "the Simple way» cannot solve. The sense of a method consists that with correct moods very simply once and for all completely to refuse any fatal behaviour. But the problem that you cannot stop is.
Fortunately, you also should not do it. What event has forced me to realise, what by means of my method it is possible to supervise weight? I am obliged by it … to fiber.



The squirrel
She climbed up on a garden fence, hiding from my cat. Next week I have seen its gnawing the nuts scattered for birds. I have thought: «Eat, the dear friend, and next time you cannot climb on a fence» any more. But, to my astonishment, the squirrel has suddenly stopped there are nuts and began to hide them.

The first instruction — to open the consciousness. Since the birth to us impose set of opinions and theories concerning food and a food. My method «the Simple way to grow thin» is based on common sense. The expert on calories and vitamins is not required to you.

Probably, you consider my purpose unattainable. But it what have reached 99, 9 % of creations on a planet. At them enough favourite food, they eat so much, how many they would like, and never suffer from excess weight.


Where I was mistaken?
At me it was impossible to calculate border between meal and an overeating. Food absorption is necessary for a survival. This pleasant employment in which we can take pleasure throughout all life. The overeating — a serious illness which shortens a life and worsens its quality. It destroys self-esteem and does not give possibility to take pleasure from food.


Artful "trap"
The problem appears so quickly that we even do not notice it. Present that you go to bed healthy and full of energy, without fat gramme in the body, and wake up next morning with a stomach, languid and sleepy. You there and then would run to the doctor in horror, guessing that for a dreadful disease you has amazed.

Look at fatness herein — as on awful, menacing lives illness! And let you are not misled by that fact, ostensibly it develops for years. Do not make a fatal mistake, promising to itself that tomorrow you will begin a new life.

How my purpose to become a reality can?

Probably, you will think: «But I already eat so much favourite meal, how many I want. For this reason at me excessive weight! As„ the simple method “can will change a situation?»

Remember, I asked you to open consciousness? Read the description of my purpose again. This quite good combination! If at you doubts creep in, whether you can achieve all it, remind yourself about 99, 99 % of creations which have already reached this purpose. You put the intelligence more low, than them?

Diets do not work

They only transform that can be very pleasant thing, in the present nightmare. The unique thing of which you can think between food intakes, is meal and when the dinner comes, you are suppressed, because cannot eat so much, how many want also that want. You are unfortunate, when you break a diet, and are only less unfortunate, when observe it. Even if you will keep to a diet long enough to lose considerable weight, there is every chance that you will return to former habits and will type former kgs dreadfully quickly. You have started to solve the problem of excess weight while have started to read this book. Everything that is necessary for you is to follow instructions. The first was — to open the consciousness. The second — to begin right now, with feeling of passion!

The food guide by nature

I have designated a problem as an overeating. In this connection you can assume that you should not eat so much, how many you want. It not so. There are two errors concerning meal. We will tell about the second later. The first consists that fatness is caused by excessive meal. Actually the real reason consists that we eat food which does not contain enough energy and nutrients. Therefore you remain hungry even if you have gorged on. It forces you to continue to eat.

All creations instinctively know how to survive, and know, it is necessary for them to eat which meal. This necessary condition of a survival. All kinds of live beings have the unique digestive system. Food of one biological kind — poison for another.
