But my success extended not only on smokers. Soon I have realised that my method can be applied to drug dependence any kind. Moreover, I have opened that my method can be applied practically to any problem.
While the theses containing in the book «Simple way» have not been definitively generated, the majority of my attempts to grow thin were short-lived. Until weight loss was my overall objective, all was good. But as soon as I faced more urgent problem, my determination weakened, former habits came back, came back also superfluous kgs. In this connection I have been convinced many years that excessive weight — that problem which the method of "the Simple way» cannot solve. The sense of a method consists that with correct moods very simply once and for all completely to refuse any fatal behaviour. But the problem that you cannot stop is.
Fortunately, you also should not do it. What event has forced me to realise, what by means of my method it is possible to supervise weight? I am obliged by it … to fiber.
The squirrel
She climbed up on a garden fence, hiding from my cat. Next week I have seen its gnawing the nuts scattered for birds. You can reach it without diets and special physical exercises, without application of gimmicks, and that the most important — without sensation of suppressed and unfortunate.
You will reach this purpose, only if follow all instructions.
The first instruction — to open the consciousness. Since the birth to us impose set of opinions and theories concerning food and a food. My method «the Simple way to grow thin» is based on common sense. The expert on calories and vitamins is not required to you.
Probably, you consider my purpose unattainable. But it what have reached 99, 9 % of creations on a planet. At them enough favourite food, they eat so much, how many they would like, and never suffer from excess weight.
Where I was mistaken?
At me it was impossible to calculate border between meal and an overeating. Food absorption is necessary for a survival. This pleasant employment in which we can take pleasure throughout all life. The overeating — a serious illness which shortens a life and worsens its quality. It destroys self-esteem and does not give possibility to take pleasure from food.
Artful "trap"
The problem appears so quickly that we even do not notice it. Present that you go to bed healthy and full of energy, without fat gramme in the body, and wake up next morning with a stomach, languid and sleepy. You there and then would run to the doctor in horror, guessing that for a dreadful disease you has amazed.
Look at fatness herein — as on awful, menacing lives illness! And let you are not misled by that fact, ostensibly it develops for years. Do not make a fatal mistake, promising to itself that tomorrow you will begin a new life.
How my purpose to become a reality can?
Probably, you will think: «But I already eat so much favourite meal, how many I want. For this reason at me excessive weight! As„ the simple method “can will change a situation?»

Diets do not work
They only transform that can be very pleasant thing, in the present nightmare. The unique thing of which you can think between food intakes, is meal and when the dinner comes, you are suppressed, because cannot eat so much, how many want also that want.
